Market Street Renovation transformed a tired industrial shell into a modern retail and cafe space. Working around a live streetscape, our team handled selective demolition, structural reinforcement, and a complete rebuild of the interior, mechanical and electrical systems — all while keeping the site safe and the neighbours informed.
